Guild Charter
Runs with Scissors strives to help its members, allies, and other World of Warcraft players through the use of each characters class abilities and professions. We aim to show a positive image amongst all guilds, and a place for all members to feel welcome and at home, whether roleplaying, soloing, or looking for groupmates to adventure with.

Guild Code of Conduct
Runs with Scissors, from herein referred to as, "the guild", has laid upon itself, as it's bylaws, and standards of operation, the following codes of conduct. The code of conduct, referred to herein as "the code", shall be adhered to by all guild members, regardless of rank. The code may be modified by a majority vote of it's members.
  1. No profanity or vulgar language.
This holds true especially in guild chat or friends & allies chat.
  2. Respect other players (no personal attacks or deliberately hurtful actions).
Roleplaying is respected, and encouraged among WoW races & realms.
  3. No begging (this includes equipment and power leveling).
Asking once is fine, more than that is begging. No begging in /guild or anywhere.
  4. No discriminatory comments/conversations.
(Roleplaying situations are respected, in style)
  5. Have fun!

Guild Voting
Voting shall take place on the website in the members-only area. Voting shall consist of all present members, with decisions made with no less than five (5) members having voted. Voting shall determine revisions to any guild policy and set forth changes to any other aspect of the guild. Voting may also be used in determining the promoting or demoting of guild members and/or ranks. The guild Councilor's have final say.

Member Concerns and Issues
The officers of the guild are VERY interested in hearing what our members have to say, but at times can be very busy with guild matters or being on raids which require their full attention. If no officers are present, leave them an in-game mail message, and they'll get back to you as soon as they can. The guild Councilor's have final say.
